Gym Rank X Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and installing our mobile app, you declare that you have read and agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Before that, no personal data is stored or processed. If you disagree with any aspect of these terms, do not download or use our platform.

2. Service Description

Gym Rank X is a gamified fitness social network that transforms workouts into a fun and motivating social experience. We offer a free social experience, focusing on community, challenges, workout check-ins, and gamification.

We also offer optional, paid Premium Features that can be purchased directly within the app through a subscription. Subscription billing, renewals and cancellations are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, depending on the store where you subscribed, and are subject to those stores' terms.

3. Minimum Age

Gym Rank X is intended exclusively for users aged 16 and over. Users between 16 and 18 may only use the platform with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Anyone who does not meet these requirements will have their account and all associated data deleted as soon as this is identified.

4. Usage Rules

By using Gym Rank X, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account
• Not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit system bugs
• Respect the rights of other users
• Share only content related to fitness, health, and wellness
• Not create multiple accounts or fake profiles
• Not sell, transfer, or share access to your account

5. Prohibited Content

Gym Rank X strictly prohibits sharing the following types of content:

• Nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content
• Graphic violence or glorification of injuries
• Hate speech, bullying, or harassment
• False information about health or dangerous training methods
• Promotion of eating disorders or extreme exercises
• Content that promotes the use of steroids, illegal substances, or drugs
• Spam, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing
• Political, religious, or non-fitness related propaganda
• Requests for romantic or sexual encounters
• Unauthorized sale of products or services

6. Intellectual Property

You retain copyright of the content you create and share on Gym Rank X. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display, and perform the content in connection with the service and Gym Rank X's business, including, without limitation, to promote and redistribute part or all of the service in any media formats and through any media channels.

7. Community Conduct

Gym Rank X is a community dedicated to fitness and well-being. We expect users to:

• Encourage and motivate each other positively
• Respect different fitness levels and goals
• Avoid non-constructive criticism or comments about physical appearance
• Not promote extreme diets or unsafe training methods
• Report inappropriate content or harmful behaviors
• Verify the accuracy of health and fitness information before sharing

8. Content Responsibility

Gym Rank X acts exclusively as an intermediary platform for users to share fitness-related content. All content published on the platform, including text, images, videos, and comments, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the users who publish it. Gym Rank X does not create, edit, modify, or pre-screen user-generated content.

We are not responsible for any statements, representations, or content provided by users on our platform, nor for any losses or damages resulting from the use of content posted, emailed, transmitted, or made available by any user or third party. Although we may remove content that violates these terms after reporting and analysis, we have no obligation to actively monitor all published content.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that you consider offensive, inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate. Gym Rank X does not endorse any content published by its users and assumes no responsibility for any action taken by you based on such content.
